As part of our ongoing efforts, we are seeking compassionate and skilled volunteers to assist our clients in improving their CVs and LinkedIn profiles. By volunteering your time and expertise, you can empower refugees and migrants to better showcase their skills and experiences to potential employers. 

Volunteer as a CV/LinkedIn Reviewer

This role involves meeting with clients and providing your expert support in understanding and refining their current professional profiles. You will assist in developing their CV, cover letter and LinkedIn page. You’ll offer personalised advice, professional insight, notes and templates for a tailored, one-on-one service. A professional qualification is required.

Volunteer as a Career Mentor

Volunteer at our Language Hub

In this role, you will work closely and continuously with your client to develop their overall employability and reach their goals. We recommend you match with a client with similar industry experiences and backgrounds. Upon starting this role, we will support you to deliver the best guidance possible.

No professional experience is required for this role—it’s open to anyone! We seek friendly, outgoing volunteers who can make our clients feel comfortable. As a volunteer, you should be patient, willing to work with clients on an individual level. Of course, fluency in English is required.
